Our Story

Tianhe Casting Group was first established in 1998, starting with a small aluminum casting plant for pump body with just under ten employees. After more than two decades of hard-working, Tianhe casting group now consists of three business units: Casting Division - Deyang Yinghe Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and CNC Machining Division - Deyang Tianhe Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd, with a total floor space of nearly 30,000m². Lastly, the group has set up Tianhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd, focusing on co-developing automotive parts for new energy cars Nowadays, Tianhe Casting Group has more than 500employees, including 40 mould engineers， casting engineers, and CNC machining engineers. In addition, we own over 50 patents, including 4 invention patents.

Yinghe Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Deyang Yinghe Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the Casting company under Tianhe Casting group. Yinghe is specializing in gravity casting and low pressure casting. We have the ability and experience of co-developing products under the requirements of clients. Yinghe Casing has obtained ISO 9001 in 2004 and IATF 16949:2016 quality system certificate in 2016. We have also obtained the national high-tech enterprise certificate in 2018. In addition, Yinghe Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has obtained more than 20 patents, including 2 intentional patents. Moreover, in the past 3 years, we invested 6 Fanuc automatic casting units and 3 German Striko Westofen automatic casting units in order to increase our productivity and working environment for our casting employees. Further improvements in the casting line will be implemented.

Deyang Tianhe Mechanical Manufacturing Co. Ltd is the CNC Machining Company under Tianhe Casting Group. In order to provide customers with in- house one- stop casting and CNC Machining service, Tianhe was founded in 2005, designing to focus on CNC machining. Regardless of the order size and quantity, our company is aiming to provide the best casting and CNC machining OEM service with the most reasonable prices for customers. We own more than 100 CNC machines, mainly from Doosan and Brothers, 4 cleaning machines, 2 centerless grinders, intending to offer customers the best CNC machining solution. Our productivity and quality have increased dramatically benefiting from these investments.

Deyang Tianhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

Deyang Tianhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd , established in April 2023, is a new subsidiary company of Deyang Tianhe Casting group, mainly focusing on the implementation of aluminum alloy casting part in the field of new energy cars. At present, the company's new energy industry chain has taken shape, and the production line of steering knuckles for new energy vehicles can reach up to 5000 sets/per month. At the same time, the company is also working with Changan, BYD and other end customers to develop new supporting products.
