Glorious 20 year – A Celebration of our hardwork

Deyang Tianhe Casting Group. was established in Deyang on May 16, 2001, starting with our Casting Division Yinghe Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. On May 13, 2021, Tianhe Casting Group held its 20th anniversary in the Deyang Kaifu Hong Hotel.

At the celebration, Chairman Liao Hui delivered a wonderful speech. In his speech, he pointed out that the company's development today cannot be separated from the strong support of employees, the government, customers and suppliers. In the past 20 years, the company’s assets have risen exponentially, from 3.58 million yuan in 2005 to the current total assets of 270 million yuan.

Our vision is: to become a century-old enterprise and to be a trusted partner of customers. The company held its 20th-anniversary celebration here today. It has achieved great results in 20 years, but this is only a small step in a long journey. Everyone must keep the mission in mind, that is: creating value for customers, letting employees have a safe and sound work environment, and rewarding our shareholders.

Firstly, Mr Liao pointed out that employees are the company's precious wealth. We must make employees proud of the company, let them have a sense of accomplishment, dignity and belonging, and strive to create better income and benefits for employees. In the next five years, we are aiming to achieve a sales target of 500 million yuan, and the average employee income must increase by at least 50%. Additionally, Tianhe company will continue to invest and improve the working environment and safety guarantees for employees.

Secondly, when facing a cruel market, we must meet or exceed customer requirements in terms of delivery time, quality and price. All departments of the company must take cost reduction into consideration, especially the technical department. The process design determines the lower limit of the cost. It should be fully considered at the beginning of the design, such as the weight of the part, the weight of the sand core, the production rate of the process, the beat, the number of clamping times, the number of processes, etc. The production department should cooperate with the technical department to actively optimize costs during the low-volume and mass production phases of products, deploy good equipment layout, adjust the value stream of products, and reduce employees' non-value-added work.

Lastly, special thanks and tribute to our disabled employees. Some of your limbs were disabled due to various reasons, but you have paid more sweat than ordinary people. Here, cadres and employees at all levels of the company are required to care more about disabled employees. We must unite and care for each other to build a harmonious work environment. Any discrimination is not allowed in our company.

Today is a glorious summary and the beginning of a new starting point. We are here to set sail for a new journey with all employees. Wish our motherland will be stronger tomorrow, and wish us a better tomorrow! I wish all of us good health, happy family and all the best!
