On this basis, we studied and implemented ISO9000 series standards and successfully passed ISO/TS 16949 quality system certification in 2007. It provides management and organizational assurance for the production of products that satisfy customers.
Tianhe Casting Group integrates casting, forging, and machining product processes, with long-term customers such as Chongqing Cummins Engine Co., Sinotruk, and Sichuan Hyundai Motor Co. The Group has more than 280 sets of processing equipment such as turning, milling, and drilling machines, and a complete set of metallographic, physical and chemical, and mechanical testing equipment, with an annual output value of 10 billion yuan of production capacity. The company has always adhered to the purpose of technology center-based and technology-driven management, to adapt to market demand and constantly launch new products, so that the product range has reached more than 100 kinds. Meanwhile, the company actively promotes overall quality management, then establishes and improves the quality management system according to the requirements of "GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO9001: 2000 quality management system". Eventually, it passed the automotive industry quality certification standard IATF16949:2016 in 2016. Because of the stable product quality and high technical level, our company has been praised by customers and rated as an A-class supplier by the main customers of Chongqing Cummins.
As the supplier to Chongqin Cummins, we are mainly focusing on supplying heavy-duty vehicles, tractors, and ship engines part for them. Because its products are world-known and have strong competitive power, the sales volume has been steadily increasing. Our products have a strong advantage in price-performance ratio compared with similar foreign products which also driven us to provide customers with lower cost and higher quality in the machinery production and heavy automobile industry.
