Deyang Tianhe Mechanical Manufacturing Co Ltd successfully held a training on 5S implementation and Lean tools application with the participation of company management, Lean core group members, sample area team leaders, etc., aiming to improve the lean production management capability.
The training content is rich and practical, mainly focusing on the two core areas of lean production management and 5S and visualisation management. The instructor explained in detail the origin and development of Lean, the core idea of Lean, the five principles of Lean production, the Lean system, the realisation path: the scientific methodology, the key roles and main responsibilities of Lean management activities, and the Toyota DNA - the fourteen basic principles of Lean manufacturing.
The training not only gave participants a deeper understanding of Lean Manufacturing but also provided strong support for the company to implement 5S management and achieve the optimisation and enhancement of the production process. 5S management, as a basic management tool, has the core purpose of optimising the working environment, improving work efficiency, ensuring production safety, and thus enhancing the overall competitiveness of the company. Lean production management, on the other hand, is a production method that aims to eliminate waste and improve efficiency, and its pursuit is to create greater value with less resource input.
