On December 31, 2021, the Sinotruk Group’s 2021 Cloud Business Supplier Conference was officially held with the theme of “Creating Value, Initiating Innovation and Leading the Times”. At the conference, Deyang Yinghe Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yinghe Machinery) won the title of “Excellent Golden Medal Supplier”.
Since 2019, Sinotruk has persistently promoted the global high-quality supplier system. Yinghe Machinery has cooperated with Sinotruk Group for more than 20 years, mainly providing aluminum alloy gearbox and engine products , and continueasly co-developing news products with Sinotruk. Continuously winning the “Gold Medal Supplier” of Sinotruk is the affirmation and encouragement for Yinghe Machinery. Yinghe Machinery will speed up the research and development and application of “new four modernizations” products, better meet the needs of automobile factories, and contribute to the realization of the “double carbon” goal of the automobile industry.
Yinghe Machinery is specialising in gravity and low pressure aluminium alloy casting and CNC Machining. Since 2019, Yinghe Machinery has been committed to improving its own quality, reducing costs and improving work efficiency. Since 2020, Deyang Yinghe has continuously invested money to establish an efficient working environment. So far, 5 robot casting and dosing furnace production lines have been installed in Yinghe and put into production.
In 2021, Yinghe Machinery passed the GQS system certification of Cummins Group. As early as 2016, Yinghe Machinery successfully obtained the IATF16949:2016 quality system certification. As an auto parts supplier, the quality level of the product is directly related to the safety of the product.
