Tianhe group believes that it is very important for us to continuously learn new technologies and equipment to increase efficiency and reduce cost. In 2020, we have invested more than ￥20 million CNY on equipment, including 3 automatic casting robot arm, 3 German Furnace and more in the future in Yinghe, our main casting company. The robot arm has saved us at least 6 workers which greatly reduced the cost for casting and improved safety for our employees. The working environment has changed drastically. The casting factory was no longer steamy hot in the summer and less safety risks. Implementing new technologies also means that we are capable of dealing with sophisticated technical ad security controls. In our CNC Machining factory, we have also invested more than 20 new CNC Machining centre from Doonsan and Brothers to improve our productivity and save time on product which also fastened our delivery time. Our monthly production capacity has then increased to at least 700 tons.
In addition to equipment improvements, we have also rearranged our equipment in order to have everything lined up to form a smooth stream line for production. We have also put a lot of Belt conveyors in place with our new CNC Machining centres. The recent improvements have helped to reduced harmful emissions from out of date machineries, improved machine reliability with new warranty, lower maintenance costs and consume far less electricity and gas. More importantly, less jobsite accidents caused by low-efficiency and malfunctioned equipment. Our upgrades in the machineries might cause a few delays in production but it allowed us to prepare for the meeting the demands of bigger projects tomorrow.
Lastly, we have had also arranged quite a few staff training in order to get used to our new equipment, making sure there is no unnecessary damage or waste in production. The production department and the quality department train our employees and organize the qualification examinations. Every employee is equip them with enough measuring tools, so that all employees can determine that the quality of the products they have produced. We are trying to make the standards a habit. With the new equipment and training, we are hoping our staff would remember that we do not accept unqualified products, do not manufacture unqualified products, and do not deliver unqualified products.
