1.Can your products carry a guest's LOGO?

Yes, we can do logo customization for MOQ of 100 pcs.

2.Can your company distinguish the products your company produces?

Yes, we have our unique supplier code on our product so that the customers can distinguish our product from other suppliers.

3.Do you offer prototyping services?

The casting process is not the best option for low-volume prototyping. But we can deliver during the prototyping process. We will invite customers to jointly evaluate the first batch of prototyping and make adjustments accordingly then we will start the mass production process.

4.How long does it take for your company's mould development?

Our mould development often takes 30-45 days.

5.Does your company charge mould fees? Can it be returned? How to return it?

Yes, we do charge metal mould fees but it is a one-off fee. It is a non-refundable fee.

6.What certifications has your company passed?

We have IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001:2005 and ISO45001:2018.

7.What patents and intellectual property rights does your product have?

We have more than 40 patents in casting and machining field, including 4 inventional patents.

8.Which customers' factory inspections have your company passed?

We have now passed Global Quality System proposed by Cummins Chongqin Engines Group.

9.How long is the normal use of your mold?

A metal mould would normally last 100,000 makes.

10.What is your company's production process?

11.How long does your company's normal product lead time take?

45-60 days including mould making and first batch of samples.

12.Do your products have a minimum order quantity? If so, what is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity is 100 pcs.

Our maximum monthly production capacity is 700 tons.

Our total revenue in 2020 was ￥270 million CNY ($45 million USD).

We have our unique product code and supplier code on each product. It is traceable throughout the mould process to CNC Machining.

We have obtained IATF 16949:2016 by SGS. Please visit our Quality control page for more information regarding our quality control system.

19.What are the acceptable payment methods for your company?

We accept T/T, L/C, credit card or Alibaba Pay.

20.What is your company's working hours?

Our sales person are working flexible hours. They will reply whenever they see your message. But our engineers are working 8 am to 5:30 pm (UTC+8), Monday to Friday.

21.What online communication tools does your company have?

We can use email, Alibaba message, website message, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

22.What was your company's annual turnover in the previous year?

Our total revenue in 2020 was ￥270 million CNY ($45 million USD).

24.How are your products made up? What are the specific materials?

We are specializing in gravity casting, low pressure casting and precision CNC Machining. We are able to undertake a wide variety of metal material such as brass, bronze, stainless steel, aluminium alloy and iron etc.

25.If I send you the 3D CAD (STEP) file, why do you need 2D drawings?

The 3D files are helpful, but there are additional tolerances and notes are needed from 2D drawings.
